Like many other Web sites, trianglebruins.org makes use of log files. You submit your email address and your name when you use the submit link page at trianglebruins.org. Your email address will be used only to contact you regarding to your listing, for your help requests and for your refund request. Your real name and surname are not required at all, you may submit nickname if you wish. We don't share those info with anyone and if you request we will erase all those data immediately from the database (we will delete your listing if you request)
When you request your listing to be deleted, all the data including your name and email address are also deleted together with your listing.
Your emails and messages sent from the contact form are stored in a single, isolated, private and reasonably secure place. We don't generate copies of our communication with you for backup or other purposes. Your emails and contact form messages, are erased permanently in 1 or 6 months after the requested process has been completed and nothing left to be done. We don't share your email address with anyone and keep the whole communication strictly private.

Registration is not needed to submit listings. Anyone can create multiple accounts anonymously with a nickname and an email address using the link on the top. Registered users can edit and delete their listings and there is no other functionality of having an account here for a listing owner. All edited listings by its owners are subject to get approved by us. Listing owners will receive an automated email once the updates on their listings are approved or rejected. If you submit your websites while you are logged in to your user account, those listings will be tied to your logged account and you will be able to delete your own listings (active, deactivated, pending listings) instantly without contacting us.
Listing owners who didn't create account prior to listing submission process should contact us via email or the contact page to edit or delete their listings. When contacting us please use the same email address when you submitted your website. So it will be an easy way for you to prove you are the owner of the listing which you want to delete. Once we delete your link upon your request, all the data you submitted, including your email address is destroyed permanently together with your listing.
You can use your account to delete your listings. But there is no such automated functionality on the directory for users to delete their user accounts. We will manually delete your user account if you request via email or the contact page. If you don't have any listing you don't need account. Also you can create accounts again and again without prior approval or limitation.
As one person can create unlimited number of account and we normally delete unused accounts. Regarding to the user accounts, we only see last login date. We don't even see which account has which listings. If you never logged into your newly created account or if you last logged in years ago we will eventually delete your account to save disk space. So you don't even need to request.
LIFETIME OF THE LISTINGS:
We will not remove any listing until the owner contacts us or deletes using her/his user account.
We deactivate broken listings (inaccessible webpages) regularly, 1-2 times a year, to keep the directory usable for the visitors. If we find the previously deactivated listings are accessible again we activate them. If not, we delete deactivated broken listings. Deletion process is permanent, can not be reverted back whether it's a listing or user account entry on the database. We manually check deactivated listings before activating them again to ensure their content is still okay. We don't check the content of unbroken, active listings. If we notice that an active listing has been redirected to an irrelevant page, we will delete it with or without prior notice. We don't delete listings for changes in content. Because we don't monitor content updates of the listings. But content must be legal for most part of the World, okay for general public and relevant to its description, category and title at all times. We may contact you before deleting or updating your listing to reflect changes in its content. But we can't contact you after deleting your listing as your email address is deleted as well. We may update active listings without notice for obvious reasons. For instance, if we notice that an active listing has been moved to another page, we may update its URL without notice.
Redirection to other websites or irrelevant pages, broken listings, deletion requests of the listing owners, deleted listings from user accounts are the most common reasons of listing deletion.
- You must request refund in 7 days, 168 hours, after sending us Bitcoin. Refund is not possible after 168 hours.
- Only Bitcoin payments are guaranteed to be refunded. Refunding other coins are not guaranteed.
- Partial refund is possible for payments for 2 or more listings.
- Transaction fees (when you pay us and receive refund from us) are not going to be refunded as all transaction fees are taken by blockchain network. Transaction fees are always paid by the customer.
- We will ask you how much transaction fee we should set in order to send you your refund. If you don't answer or want us to set it or if you want us to set an extremely low transaction fee that will unlikely get confirmed, we will set a transaction fee that is likely high enough for the transaction to get confirmed in 48 hours and then we will email you the transaction ID. We are not responsible for confirmation speed of Bitcoin network or possible high transaction fee.
We are going to work to refund you successfully in 7 days (including holidays) after receiving your refund request. To speed up the process, please include these 3 with your refund request: a BTC address that will receive refund, your preferred transaction fee and for which listing(s) you request refund AND send the refund request from the email address that you have submitted with your website(s).
- We will send "the exact same amount of Bitcoin minus transaction fee" back to you. We are not responsible for fluctuations in Bitcoin value.
